« We are a family of four. Checkin and communication with the host was great throughout, very patient and kind. Well laid out, comfortable especially for the size. Convenient location close to stations and numerous convenience stores and grocery nearby. Stairs were steep and might be difficult for heavy bags but we were fine. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood. »

« L'Hôtel est situé en plein cœur de Shinjuku, et malgré l'agitation du quartier Kabukicho, tout est calme et les rues sont sûres. La chambre est propre, nettoyée tous les jours, le petit déjeuner est à volonté et plus que correct. Le personnel est avenant et serviable, seul bémol les taxis ne viennent pas sur commande. »

« The staff was helpful with checking in and held our luggage on the day of our flight. It was located near subway stations and some major shopping areas. The room was clean, a decent size and it had all the normal amenities you’d expect. The walls were a little thin, we could hear the neighbor’s tv but maybe they had the volume really loud. I didn’t hear any talking, but they might have been alone in the room. »
