« This Penthouse apt exceeded my expectations. The host,Joe, met us at apt and got us checked in. He told us a little history of the building, and was very accommodating. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is centrally located in downtown area within walking distance of restaurants, gas station, bakery and ice cream shop on the ground floor. We hope to make it back here again one day when we can stay longer, 100% enjoyed our stay! »

« The only negative was a step from the living are to the bedroom area hallway was a deep stepdown. After two slight falls, care was taken when coming and going in that area. Otherwise it was a very nice experience. »

« Studio fidèle à la description et aux photos. Excellent choix pour 2 personnes. Le tarif en Uber n’était que de 7,90$ pour se rendre au centre. À proximité d’une épicerie et d’un liquor store. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire. Lieu très propre et confortable, situé à la jonction de deux autoroutes (65 et 40), facilement accessibles. »

« Had to Uber everywhere. The property was nice - but long hallways, felt a little scary. The penthouse should definitely update amenities. Bath towels were mix match, bedding felt and looked older. King room didn’t have a tv. Over all the place felt plain and not worth the money. Cleaning crew could definitely do a better job. Crumbs on kitchen floor, table had a grease film on it , crumbled up towel paper in bathroom drawers. We would definitely choose a hotel closer to broadway and feel better...

« Points forts: bel appartement dans un beau quartier tranquille et sécuritaire. Toute les commodités, même laveuse sécheuse. Stationnement sécurisé pour les motos et au même niveau que l’appartement. 15 minutes de marche de Broadway. Service dépannage Telephonique rapide et efficace. Points faibles: la clef avec le iPhone est nouveau pour moi et n’a pas fonctionné mais j’ai eu le code pour key box avec carte magnétique dedans. chemin de fer derrière l’appart mais l’attend pas beaucoup. Merci...

« Studio was exactly as pictured and perfect for 3 people. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for exploring 12 South.. »

« This is a beautifully appointed studio. Hosts were welcoming upon my arrival. Several nice touches included - a welcoming gift, snack basket, coffee provided and a frig full of condiments. Travel toiletries were provided if needed as well. »
