'We went down there for a wedding. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall it was a great visit. The beds were both comfy. The place was clean and had additional things which came in helpful. When my dress had a mishap there was a sewing kit in the bathroom available to repair The dress. 'It was a very cute cottage . It was well stocked . Plenty of dishes ,cups , coffee pot etc. the towels were plush . Great set up and nice size . The host gave us plenty of space , didn’t know they were there . Communication of instructions for parking (3 spots) check in etc all good. Pleasant stay convenient to town 👍'

'The front door code lock worked when it wanted too. Forcing us to lock the front door and use the back door and walk around. Except when that door stopped working. Bugs found in the master bath in 2 different areas that we had to spray and wipe up. Yes, I understand its Florida but still. However the bed sheets were clean, lots of pillow choices, and towels to use. Property could use a refresh, its been beaten up a bit through the rentals but a good deal on price for what you receive. 'Dit is een wat ouder hotel. Kamer en badkamer zijn schoon. Prima beddegoed en iedere dag schoonmaak met nieuwe handdoeken. Ideaal is de locatie vlak bij het strand en de restaurants / cafés in de buurt. Onze kamer beschikte over een keuken met koelkast, kookplaat, magnetron en koffiezetapparaat. Verder beschikt het hotel over een zwembad met ligstoelen/zitjes. Prima voor een paar dagen strand. Wij komen hier een volgende keer zeker weer terug.'

'Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. 'We had a fantastic stay at Vilma and Erasmo's vrbo. We were visiting Florida to celebrate our 25th anniversary together with our grown up children. The reception was generous .Vilma has even decorated the house because of our anniversary. The house feld like home. The location is perfect to visit Miami, Everglades, Key West, etc. Shiver's BBQ is really a must for every BBQ lover. We highly recommend Vilma and Erasmo's vrbo and will stay again when we're visiting Florida.'
