'I love how clean it is. Newly renovated. Equipped with essentials like fridge, tv, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & washing machine. Location is perfect. Everything u need is within reach. Beach, restaurants, grocery store etc. Host is very responsive to your messages. Easy check in. Well, I struggled a bit to open the door due to jet lagged. Lol I would highly recommend this place. Host was even kind enough to provide us with beach towels. :) If I could rate this place 11/10 I would. 😀 '

'Very nice apartment right in the middle of Vieux-Nice; no high and heavy stairs, just easy on the first floor.. Large en well equipped. Lots of bars en restaurants on a very close distance. For us the right place! Quiet situated at night; only early in the morning (05.30) noisy collecting garbage, but that is normal in vieux-nice, if you don't like that, don't come to old Nice.... We had a lovely stay for 4 nights with our 3 sons. Very easy and pleasant contact with the property-manager!'

'We loved staying at this apartment, a grand 5 story building with a view of the sea in the best location. The place was large with a kitchen equipped with more than what was necessary. The bottled water and snacks were appreciated. Both bathrooms were good size and the W/D was great to have. Beds were very comfortable. The salon (living room) was wonderful and we especially enjoyed the balcony facing the sea. The customer service and communication was top notch. I can’t imagine staying anywhere...
