'We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was easily accessible and parking was excellent! And now the view. Unbelievable!!! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!'

'It’s a good apartment, well-equipped! I chose this place because it said it had 2 toilets but there was only one. I also chose it because it said it was on street level on the first floor. The first door is indeed street level but to reach the apartment we had to climb some 10 steps to the second door, then some 5 steps to the door to the apartment. This was hard with a heavy suitcase. Location was very good. Close to Port Lympia where we needed to go for the UN Conference. Also plenty of eating...

'This is an amazing flat. The location is wonderful for experiencing the heart of old Niece. We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors and see/hear the pulse of life happening in the plaza. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay that feels like you're staying in a luxury rental. We wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return to this flat on our next stay in Nice.'

'Echt een leuke studio op nog geen 200m van de zee. Super gezellig ingericht. We verbleven met onze 2 kinderen van 11 en 13. Prima slaapbank en heerlijk bed. De airco is een verademing. Heerlijke douche. Supermarkt en bakker in de straat dus heerlijk ontbijtje op het terras. De ontvangst was goed geregeld.'

'Het was voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Prima bed, wel iets te smal. Prima zitruimte en mooi terras. We hadden wel een beetje last van toiletgeur in de badkamer. '

'Two couples stayed at this place for 5-6 nights. It was amazing. We’re in our 40’s-50’s, everyday a market outside on the street below. Restaurants everywhere, beach is literally one min away. Airport is 20 min. Beds were comfortable, everything you need. Stairs were no joke, but we didn’t mind. Easy trade off for the view and the location. 100% recommend.'
