'The location is perfect - walking distance or a quick Uber ride to all the city's major attractions. The apartment itself is spacious and equipped with all necessary appliances. The host, Roxane, was more than helpful, recommending local restaurants, sights to visit, and more. Usual response time was less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place to stay in Nice. '

'The studio was it a great location close to the beach in the Old town. Everything was very clean, classy, comfortable bed, great AC, well stocked, and I felt very safe. Hanna was a perfect host, she met me at the unit to let me in and and showed me how everything works. There was great communication, she also arranged for transportation to the airport. I would definitely stay again.'

'Very comfortable stay. Excellent central and space heaters were appreciated because Nice was experiencing cold weather. The accommodation was exactly like the pictures. Alex was easy to contact and very responsive. We used the kitchen minimally (mostly breakfast) but everything needed for a short stay is provided.
