'We enjoyed this place so much. We booked the family room and it was very comfortable. The room is well organized and clean, and the interior design is beautiful, stylish and thoughtfully decorated with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and easy to reach through WhatsApp if you have any questions. The location is amazing and the area is quiet, so we had no issues sleeping and there was no noise at night. Would definitely recommend!'

'The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing...

'We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay.
