Although the studio is nestled in old town it is very easy to get to. Honestly I felt like I was in the heart of Nice❤️. I feel as though I left my ❤️ in Nice 🥹.'

'Our host was very accommodating with our arrival and provided us with a great introduction to the apartment and the area. Restaurant recommendations were perfect. When we asked about a French press, she ensured we had one the next day. The apartment was very comfortable and the sound of the surf from our bedroom was awesome. '

'The Property reeks of charm and the “ultra privacy” adds for a great experience. We relaxed by the pool pre dinner and location was convenient, so an easy walk to The Marina for dinner at L’Opera.'

'We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. Don't plan on doing much laundry. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment once we got settled. The location was quite convenient if you...

'Ik was onder de indruk van hoe goed uitgerust de studio was, Alles wat ik nodig had was binnen handbereik, wat mijn verblijf zeer comfortabel maakte,'

'Het appartment ligt zo centraal als maar kan (binnen een minuut sta je op de Cours Mirabeau) en heeft een mooi balkon op een rustig binnenterrein. Het is ruim genoeg voor twee personen, maar nogal met spullen van de eigenaar.'
