'The stay was perfect. Best location in Nice. Steps from Old Town, directly infront of the TRAM. The place was 10/10. We had a small issue on day one that was resolved within hours with the hosts. We will be back and recommending to friends!'

'It’s a good apartment, well-equipped! I chose this place because it said it had 2 toilets but there was only one. I also chose it because it said it was on street level on the first floor. The first door is indeed street level but to reach the apartment we had to climb some 10 steps to the second door, then some 5 steps to the door to the apartment. This was hard with a heavy suitcase. Location was very good. Close to Port Lympia where we needed to go for the UN Conference. Also plenty of eating...

'Nous étions un groupe de 3 femmes (mères/filles) et avons été très bien accueillis. L’hôte nous attendait à l’entrée du logis, et est venu nous voir à notre départ. Le logis est grand, avec un immense balcon. Il y a de tout pour faciliter le séjour. En plus, l’épicerie est juste en face de l’immeuble. Nous sommes à 6 minutes à pied du train, 5 minutes du tramway et 10 minutes de la plage. Quartier tranquille, donc relaxant après une soirée dans le vieux Nice. 'This is an amazing flat. The location is wonderful for experiencing the heart of old Niece. We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors and see/hear the pulse of life happening in the plaza. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay that feels like you're staying in a luxury rental. We wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return to this flat on our next stay in Nice.'
