'PROS: Easy check-in and out, using key lock box. Very close to metro and centre of Paris. Modern throughout and enough space for 4 people. Set back from the street so no noise. CONS: Scuffs and general wear and tear could be improved (exposed wires by tv and shelf was loose) NO air conditioning (small fans given but be aware, if travelling in summer, like we did!!). Area in evening slightly strange/next door to kebab shop…Overall nice, would stay again.'

'My mistake was I didn't read the check in instructions super carefully, so I it did make check in more frustrating! The instructions are especially difficult to miss on expedia - but note there are specific hours when you can pick up the keys. Also, the instructions also say it's the 2nd last door on the left, when it is in fact the last door on the left. On to the room - it was fine, serviceable for what we needed. 'I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours...
