"What a classic. My room was small but cosy, very nice bed and good amenities. The overall style is a bit darkish but that's in line with the original design. The lobby is fantastic art deco styled. The absolute highlight of the hotel is the pool. The setting is very Hollywood, the cabins, the restaurants, the service. All ace."

"We arrived early and George was giving perfect service at valet parking. A pitty that at 4 pm the suite was still not ready for check in. Lady at reception was not so understanding/ service oriented. However, George was doing a great job with his bar tender at the rooftop bar. We had a great evening and perfect stay. The rooftop outlook is great. Room 351 is spacious, clean and comfortable for staying as a family of 4 with teenagers. "

"Unfriendly staff, housekeeping could do a better job. Washing products were empty, had to go down and ask them myself. These things I expect to be seen by housekeeping in such a high end hotel."
