« The apartment was perfect for our family of six for our stay in NY. The subway was nearby and plenty of places to grab coffee and bagels in the morning. The host was quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Logement conforme à l'annonce, relativement bien équipé avec une bonne literie. L'emplacement est parfait : situé à 5-10 minutes à pied de Grand Central et du métro. Petit café et vendeur de pizza presqu'à tout heure au coin de la rue. Points négatifs : vétuste, mal isolé et bruyant car donne sur une arrière-cour avec une soufflerie en continue. Le plancher s'enlève par endroits et la douche est difficile à régler pour la température de l'eau. La vaisselle est limitée. Hôte très arrangeant pour...

« Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again! »

« This place was exactly as pictured. The owner went out of his way to help us check in early and took good care of everything from start to finish. The location is perfect, close to excellent restaurants and attractions and public transportation. We ran the air conditioning for most of our stay, which worked beautifully in cooling the place, but also kept any noise from our ears. The building feels very secure.
