'Great staff, beautifully maintained all around. But it’s lipstick on a pig…. The beds are not comfortable which I believe had a lot to do with the fluffy pillows that flatten within a minute of laying on them. We needed 3 each and still had horrible sleep and a kinked neck that was actually not caused from riding rides at six flags since we didn’t prior to the forest nights sleep. Don’t call for more towels either because housekeeping is like it’s not ran by the same people, because they didn’t...

'A little paint would go along way. The room had a very scuffed up bathroom and very dirty bathroom door...worse than I've seen in some 3rd world countries. Did not think this was a Hilton level hotel. Overwhelming smell of cheap cleaning products, wine stained carpet, a desk chair that was shedding the pleather fabric like a German Sheppard in summer, dirty curtains and a filthy bathroom door that led to a bathroom that needs paint desperately. Staff were kind and room was big but I'd rather...

'Met name de lokatie van het hotel in het centrum van Petaluma was perfect. Ook het feit dat het wat ouder was maakte het tot een welkome afwisseling van de meer gangbare hotelketens. Ondanks dat was het schoon en netjes. Enige minpuntje is de wat norse receptie. Een glimlach en een 'have a good trip' zouden wonderen doen. '
