'This hotel is definitely different from others where you need to lock your shoes before entering the hotel through the lobby area. Staff were very nice and professional. The room we stayed at was big compared to the other hotels, consisting of a living room and a separate room for a queen size bed.
This is a family friendly hotel, therefore there were foreign families with kids that would be talking loudly. Even playing around in the onsen area where it should be quiet.
Overall stay was nice....

'Location was exactly what we wanted from this portion of our family holiday. Hidden amongst the small streets of Kyoto and a short taxi ride from nearly everything. Room was very spacious and staff were helpful. There is a an extremely well stocked supermarket + pharmacy withing walking distance which was great. Highly recommend. '
'Prima hotel, redelijke prijs, met alle voorzieningen, grote kamer, schoon, en recht tegenover centraal trein en bus station van Kyoto met alle verblndingen. Ideaal.'
'Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het hotel. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel én natuurlijk de heerlijke spa. Echt een pluspunt. Even ontspannen na een intensieve dag was heerlijk. Gescheiden spa, waar je je eerst helemaal schoonboent van top tot teen voordat je gaat ontspannen in het heerlijk warme water.

'I like everything about the place and the people who work they are so friendly, and the breakfast every morning was great. The one thing I did not like was that it takes 3 days to change the bed; otherwise,e the best place to go when you visit Japan. I am going to take my family next time there, too. I want to thank everyone who works there. They are the best.'
