'The property was as described. The space was clean and smelled good.. Although the couch was full of stains already which with proper communication was dealt with. To avoid the property charging me for that. The outside of the property needed maintenance; however that was done on the 4th day of my stay. I did have an issue with the bathroom not sure exactly what but I did come back to the room being flooded and I had to use the towels provided to attempt to dry it as there was no mop bucket but...

'Rooms are not very big, but they are clean. Being at the airport means you can hear planes the whole day.
We stayed two nights a week apart and had issues with the water on both occasions. The water in the shower was too hot, also the shower handle came loose. Our arrival was after 11 pm once and we left at 3 am the second time, both were no trouble at all. The hotel is right at the airport and very convenient for late arrivals and early departures. I would recommend this hotel gor this reason...

'The check in process and the customer service was great. The pool area was nice and clean and the rooms were spacious. It is close to restaurants and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel is older and needs some updating, which they were working on while we were there. There was hair from previous guest in the beds and bathroom. I always travel with my own cleaning products and disposal sheets for instances such as these. We only stayed one night due to a flight layover. It was only a 7...

'Highly Recommend – Would Definitely Stay Again!
The hotel was only a 5-minute Uber ride from the airport, making it very convenient. The staff was exceptional, and our spacious room featured two queen-size beds, providing plenty of room to relax.
Upon arrival, we enjoyed the complimentary cocktail hour from 5–7 PM, which offered a great selection of drinks and delicious nachos. The poolside area was another great spot to hang out and unwind.
The location was excellent, with easy access to...

'The property was clean except for the carpet in the bedroom. The staff at front office was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the beach, only to cross the street. Faccio Pizza was amazing, the food, the staff and the drinks. Loved it. Emigrante Gastrobar not good at all, including the staff not welcoming at all. Our stay was a 7 out of ten.'

'I really liked the way the property looked like from the outside. The spinning fan was broken and there was no hand soap nor shampoo or conditioner provided. There was a mini fridge and microwave which was nice. Once you got your keys for check in, it was very independent and you were able to walk in and out as you pleased. When we first arrived, very minimal greetings/communication was said and it felt very awkward. It was located with many bar options outside and close the the University which...

'I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. They advertise having a full spa, which was a major reason I booked here. Upon arrival, I discovered that there is no spa on-site at all. Instead, they casually refer guests to some spa in the city that has no connection to the hotel. This is blatant false advertising. I felt misled and frustrated, as I specifically chose this hotel expecting to unwind at a spa without having to leave the property. Very disappointing experience, and...
