A king with ensuite bath, and a king and a room with two sets of bunkbeds that share a hallway bath are located on the second level, along with a laundry closet. The final bedroom, a master king with ensuite bath is located on the third level. All of the bedrooms are outfitted with Smart TVs.

It's also on the third floor where more memories are to be made as your family and friends enjoy gathering in the comfortable great room where there’s a large screen Smart TV and a surround sound-system stereo; preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen; and sharing them around a twelve-seat dining table or the four-seat breakfast counter. Catching the nightly sunset from one of the furnished decks puts an exclamation point at the end of each day and inspires you to start a new story on the next one. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
