'This place was perfect for our little family. We had top floor and it was perfect. Walk to beach was perfect as well. View of ocean was amazing from the deck. The floor below us had other tenants and you could hear them very well talking or tv and their dog and when they walked the whole place shook. It was a little too close for comfort but we weren’t home much so we tried not to let it bother us.'

'The property was exactly as described in the listing. Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. This was the first time vacationing with our two dogs and it was perfect for them. The Hostess was wonderful we enjoyed our stay.'

'This was a great place for our short stay. The most important thing to us was the dog friendly atmosphere for a reasonable price, which we found here at swell life. The home was clean. You can see the sound/bay and the ocean from the deck. If you sit in the right spot you can watch the waves roll in and in the other spot watch the sun set and its gorgeous colors over the sound/bay. You can hear the ocean at all times. We always like a oceanfront view and although this wasn't an oceanfront view....

'Our stay way excellent. While the property is not on the water, access to the beach is a very close. The property was clean and their bed was really comfortable. The water was a little too cold to enjoy swimming without a wetsuit. Also, due to a western wind bringing some bitting flies it prevented hanging out at the beach. 'This condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was super clean and had all the amenities you would need. The covered deck was perfect to sit at even when it was raining a little the first day. We enjoyed some great sunrises, relaxing, and reading books out there. Very easy access to the beach. Great location to get to restraunts, breweries, and stores. Even walkable to some of them. This was our first visit to the Outer Banks and will definitely be back. Hope to rent the same condo again!'
