Aparthotels in Puerto Aventuras

'This used to be the cutest family ran operation. Was planning for a week but checked out after 3 days due to lack of service. Noted: A hassle to book or renew at front desk. No housekeeping No breakfast other than dirty dishes left on table on rooftop Both days maintenance man did go behind closed doors and found me a coffee.'

'Fantastic hosts, in the heart of the bar, shopping, pedestrian district, stones throw from the beach, property is like an oasis from the bustle of the street. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Highly recommend!'

'Perfect place in terms of decor and comfort. It’s nicely tucked in the center of town . Perfect for a mother / daughter getaway. The spiral staircase give the place a challenging but worthwhile exercise of balance and fun'

'Quiet location, convenient, clean, modern and cozy'

'We really liked the surrounding area, not in the busy Centre of Playa del Carmen but in a quite and very safe part. Everything we wanted to see or visit was within walking distance. The room was average and smelled a bit musky.'

'Looks a goodpriced recently build hotel. There is tiny reception with a nice lady working who cant speak english. Unfortunatly, we arived late to the hotel, so they gave our room to others. There non left for us, andso they replaced us to another hotel from the same hotel group Koox. The one we got was the worth the same price but much much older and horrible stay.'
