The design is stunning, the location is even better, my niece and nephew and the rest of the family loved the lush foliage and wildlife that paid us a daily visit: iguanas and spider monkeys and different birds. 'Eric and Naty could not have been nicer and more helpful to make our stay so enjoyable. The house is spacious, the terraces are plenty, the palapa is a wonderful room to hang out in with family or to curl up on the hammock with a good book and swing along with the breeze. The salt water pool is steps from the kitchen. The ledge around the pool is an added safety feature with little ones around. 'I booked this home in a gated community of Lunamar for an escape of my Canadian winter and my love for Mexico and the food. I booked for a 5 week stay. initially, the first two weeks I was alone, so the house was amply comfortable, with 3 bed & bathrooms, kitchen/living/dining room a very small outdoor patio off the kitchen that is presently unfinished with gravel flooring and a wonderful 3rd floor patio with a covered tarp and solar lighting at night. 'We were in 2 times 2023 (21 days) and 2024 (19 days). It's a building that was ready 2022 and you can already see that it's not well maintained and cleaned. Cleaning is not done properly. At first it looks clean but it isnt. They clean, however it's done to quick and with dirty mopping gear. A lack off Maintenance, toilet doors at the rooftop can't be closed anymore. The elevators are dirty and many times out of order. Doorknobs of rooms are broken. Floors are dirty in the room. The coffee...
