'An Unforgettable Anniversary Vacation – Amazing Resort, Even More Amazing Staff! ❤️ From the moment we stepped out of the car, we felt genuinely welcomed! Our entire stay at Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana was absolutely incredible, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the amazing staff. Every single person we encountered greeted us with a smile, worked incredibly hard, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. The hospitality here is truly something else! As for the resort...

'Great Resort'

'Very clean hotel. Some staff is not friendly, very rude. Amenities are good, TV in room barely worked but in service ticket no one came. Food is pretty good! Activities for all ages.'

'Everything was fine, we would go back. Only thing is, that air conditioning has moldy smell as rooms also stink to mold. We had to change multiple rooms. But staff was very helpful in that.'

'Prima ontbijtbuffet. '

'We can recommend this resort! Good service and good price.'

'The room no clean smoke bad'

'The expedia link showed a pool on the property but there was no pool and the gym was out of order. There is a small bar of soap only. No shampoo or conditioner provided. The rooms are very small. It wasn't close to anything we wanted, however you can Uber or taxi. Overall okay for the price for a quick stay about 13 minutes from the airport if you dont need any other amenities.'

'Very convenient location and probably the most touristy area in Puntacana! Good for wallet and good yo take many pictures.'

'We had a wonderful day and especially loved the clean beach with warm water that was perfect for swimming. There was no seaweed during our visit in the beach always looked well maintained the excursions were fantastic and our trip to saona island was one of the highlights of the vacation.'
