'Everything about Ikal is paradise! Adhara, in the office, and Adeymar were so kind and gracious. The turtle lagoon was such a tranquil place to spend the morning and the roof views…breathtaking! I can’t recommend Ikal enough, and look forward to making this a regular trip. '

'The room we stayed in was large, comfortable and clean for a family of 4. We were ocean front with a beautiful view. The pools were clean and big, the kids loved both pools and the hottubs upstairs are hot, so it was nice to use them in the evenings with a beautiful view. 'Prijs kwaliteit was het ondermaats. Wifi was slecht in de kamers, in het hotel en op het strand was dit uitstekend. Douche had weinig druk en werd niet warm. '

'Balu Hotel was amazing for our family! We live on the island and wanted to do a staycation for our daughter's birthday. We really appreciated the staff being so kind and welcoming. Loved that our dogs were allowed the rooms allowed easy access for them to go outside. The pool was great - our daughter couldn't get enough of it. The hotel itself was wonderful on its own, and it is in a fantastic district where you can walk to anything your heart desires - restaurants, parks, beaches. Already...

'Great stay! Very clean, brand new condition, friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sierra Mar and would love to go back. AC in all bedrooms was running exceptionally, washer and dryer was a bonus and there is an ice machine on the main level. Exceeded all expectations!'

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'
