'Hotel was amazing, room was great, staff was awesome and shuttle bus was an added bonus. I did get a surprise bill at the end that I didn’t realize was a part of it, my fault. But it’s a great hotel would definitely stay there again. '

'The hotel was a few minutes walk from the Disney Monorail which was very convenient. Also there was a very nice Disneyshop in the hotel. Because of the room we booked (a bigger room for 4 or 5 people) we had access to the Sheraton Lounge on the 12th floor with nice views over Disney and Tokyo Bay. 'Mooi hotel alles prima. Helaas harde bedden. Gratis pendelbus naar de ingang van Disneyland en het shop gedeelte. Mooi restaurant en een winjelthe voir dagelijkse benodigdheden.'

'Hotel New Grand is old school hospitality, where a guests is treated like a celebrity. They are all amazing at their job, with their kindness, attention to detail, and the pleasant atmosphere they help create. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, there are only 2 other hotels that come close. Easy 5/5 stars, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend. '
