'Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

'Dit hotel zit op een uitstekende locatie. Veel winkels er omheen. Metrostation is naast t hotel. Loopafstand is slechts 5 minuten. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is wel elke dag tzelfde. Ben je gauw op uitgekeken. De kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Minpuntje: Er is geen kledingkast in de kamer. Je leeft dus uit je koffers.Alleen een rekje voor je jas bij de deur. Desondanks zou ik dit hotel zo weer boeken.'

'4년 전쯤 방문하고 이번이 두번째 방문인데 2층이 리모델링 되면서 더 깔끔해졌습니다. 완전 독채 빌라라서 소음에 크게 구애받지 않아도 되서 좋았습니다. 2층이 침실이고(싱글침대 4개) 1층에 코타츠가 있어서 술 사와서 밤에 마시기 좋습니다. 4명이서 친구 혹은 가족 여행에 추천합니다. 호텔보다 더 재밌는 경험이 될 수 있습니다.'

'Ik kom geregeld in Tokyo en verblijf normaliter in andere zakenhotels. Voor deze trip was een hotel bij Shinagawa station makkelijker, dus ik dacht: probeer deze eens uit. En ik heb nu een nieuw favoriet hotel! De Prince Sakura Tower hotel ligt op een paar minuten wandelen van Shinagawa station, een erg centraal punt voor de verschillende metro's, treinen en de Shinkansen. De kamer was zoals in Japan normaal zeer netjes, de staf behulpzaam. Wat uitzonderlijk was, was dat de kamer ruim was, erg...

'Seemed a new hotel with a really well laid out room. Plenty of bench space, a couch, dehumidifier and the bathroom was fantastic. Wonderful view too.'

'The room was a bit small as you'd expect from Tokyo. So you need to get a bit creative with how you open your bags. But the location is great since it's easy access to JR Rail. Lots of free amenity items if you've forgotten something. Check-in process was easy and much of the staff speak good English and were helpful the one time we needed to call for assistance. There are only 4 laundry machines but you can check their status from the TV. The 5th floor of the building is mostly restaurants...

'Goed hotel, met goed ontbijt. Locatie in business district en daardoor wat verder van traditionele plekken. Wel metro vlakbij, dus je bent alsnog snel op populaire locaties. Ontbijt is keurig.'
