Once checked in, we had no way of communicating with the owners to ask for a warmer blanker, other than talking to the bar staff at night. 'Communication with the host before and after checking in was good. During our 7 days’ stay, we requested for ONE extra pillow but to no avail, and the complementary coffee was NEVER AVAILABLE because the machine was that maintained - waste water catchment was forever full and coffee ground not disposed. Do no chance of having their free coffee.'
