'The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The communication with our host was fast and efficient. Overall a great place to stay. Has everything you need for a week in Montreal!'

'The whole code situation to open the front door and the room was accurately described, and worked the first time. Very clever the way they do that, with no need to reach anybody. There wereonly two things about this place that you may want to be aware of. First, Prince Arthur can be a very raucous party area at night, especially in the summer. Although the other patrons in the hotel were quiet, that does not include the noise from outside. Second, and this only applies to my stay on the third...

'C'est un bel appartement que nous recommanderions facilement. C'était grand, propre et confortable pour 2 personnes. Il y avait de la vaisselle pour cuire de la nourriture. L'espace de travail est un peu en retrait, ce qui est vraiment super pour se concentrer. Avec la période estivale, le climatiseur doit être ouvert, ce qui est un peu bruillant mais ils fournissent des bouchons (très belle attention!). Nous aurions aimé savoir que plusieurs rues fermaient la journée de notre arrivée pour...

'We loved the location, surrounded by restaurant choices and an easy walk everywhere. This is a bustling city neighbourhood, with the energy that comes with it. The unit is compact, bright, a walk-up and well equipped (kitchen/bath stuff). The bathroom sink is small, but we got used to it. We parked in an underground garage that was about a 15 minute walk away. Would stay here again.'

'Great location in Brossard. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. REM is also close. Stay was great. Would stay here again.'

'Not many shopping options. Safe neighborhood. Clean area. The room sheets were musty. The room was mostly clean, but there were some spots that needed more cleaning. '

'There were 5 windows and an air conditioning/heating unit outside of each one that would continuously run during the night. Could not see out the windows. The entrance and stairwell were very dirty! The condo was clean, but the couch, couch pillows and throw covering the couch look like they have never been cleaned before. My husband went to use the hand towel on the wall and as he was using it, the entire towel rack came out of the wall. There were also some homeless people hanging around...

'Had a really great stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. The location was also convenient and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again'

'The apartment is adorable and very comfortable. There was a hot water issue which was taken care of right away. The people upstairs where walking around in boots (?) late at night and early morning. Maybe encourage guests to wear slippers (?). There was also some movement of furniture in the early morning (around 6 am). Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you! Merci!'
