'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'The room was perfect! We arrived in town for a volleyball tournament and Shaun was so accommodating to all of our requests. We were able to check in a little early which helped us relax and get settled before our tournament. Our bathroom light was flickering, we called down to have it looked at and when we arrived back to the room that evening, everything was in working order. We will definitely stay again should we be in the area '

'I have stayed at this Hilton before and have always had a great experience. Rooms are clean, there is plenty to do and see and eat nearby and the staff is friendly. If anything, hopefully they can get the elevators working a little better. One seemed to be out of commission and the other was very slow. Otherwise all was great and the staff was also very responsive and helpful when my friend left behind their cellphone. They found it, and held it at the front desk until we could return to pick it...

'I’ve had a temporary stay here while my place was getting ready. I stayed for about a month. The staff is extremely friendly , rooms are nice & clean. The breakfast is always hot and fresh. I even ordered off the hotel menu and that was cooked to perfection. '
