The staff had to come back to my room several times for about 30 minutes to change the channel on the TV. Then, on the remote, it said Netflix, but you can’t watch it because they were in the process of switching it over. I won’t be going back there; I woke up this morning to find charges on my account. 'We had a very pleasant stay at Residence Inn Richmond Midtown/Glenside in Richmond, Virginia. The hotel was in a great location, only around 8 minutes driving distance from our daughter’s apartment, which made it very convenient for us. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the great complimentary breakfast each morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay in any Residence Inn.'

'During my one-week stay I had several problems with my key access to my room. I paid ahead of time for the full week my room access card would not work on at least 5 occasions. Each time I had to go to the office to have my keycard "fixed", and had to wait in line behind other guests who were signing in to even talk to the counter person. The Motel seems to be understaffed. Having said that, the room was clean,; and otherwise adequate for my needs. My phone didn't work for my entire stay, I was...

'What I did NOT like. During check-in, I happened to overhear the receptionist explaining government rates and ID requirements to the guest ahead of me. As a government civilian employee, I asked—mostly out of curiosity—whether any such rates or considerations might apply in my case, while also noting that I had booked through Expedia and understood if they did not. The response I received left me somewhat uncomfortable. I was told there has been abuse of government ID usage and that stricter...

'I can say I feel like my wife and I wasted our money on this stay. The room smelled like an ashtray, the hot tub did not work ( and this one one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The room was booked wrong in their system. The breakfast we were served this morning was cold. This was all around the worst experience when staying with this brand of grill'

'Disgusting hotel. Mold all over the bathroom walls and on the carpet. All the vents were leaking on the beds. Bed sheets and towels all had stains on them. Would not stay here even if it was free. Absolutely disgusting hotel. True shame it’s a Hilton.'
