We encountered several issues during our stay at this large company-managed property. While the text system and portal were excellent, the Wi-Fi password was incorrect. Check-in was scheduled for 4 p.m., but the office closed at 5 p.m. We arrived to find the house dirty and had to clean it ourselves, as the floors, counters, and sinks were not cleaned. The property management group took shortcuts, such as not installing soap in the bathroom dispenser and leaving an unusable bottle on the counter. The master shower dispenser was also empty. Hours later, we discovered the Wi-Fi network name and password were wrong. They offered to send someone to clean the floors, but I had already done it. My daughter noticed water on her head in the kitchen due to a ceiling leak. After another text conversation, someone inspected the leak. The first 24 hours were unpleasant. The property is technically oceanfront, but the ocean isn’t visible from the first floor. It’s visible from the bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom on the first floor has an inefficient HVAC system and lacks vents, so bring a fan. It also has a view of the parking lot and septic field. The decor choices are strange, with a large chair in the master bedroom blocking half the dresser drawers and a closet full of vacuums and cleaning supplies. The property lacks a VRBO vibe and resembles a corporate mid-quality Holiday Inn. The beach is inaccessible for those with mobility issues, as navigating several steps
