'Aangenaam hotel in mooi domein vol olijfbomen met oude toren en restanten uit de Romeinse tijd op het domein. Het heeft tal van rustige en verrassende hoekjes. Het domein is opgedeeld in verschillende complexen met tussenin een prachtige boomgaard en zwembad.'s Avonds is het ook nog is heel mooi verlicht.'

'Séjour en avril Endroit fantastique, dans la campagne. Beaucoup de charme tout est beau décoré avec goût. Le personnel est très agréable. La chambre est magnifique. Un petit bémol pour être objectif le restaurant est un peu cher pour des plats corrects mais très simples au regard de la cuisine succulente des pouilles. '

'I found this hidden gem and I’m so glad I did. It’s the perfect mix of being in the country side but very convenient to Porto Cesareo. The staff were exceptional. I was worried about my inability to speak Italian but it was not a problem at all. The pool was beautiful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the AC was super. Breakfast was very regional and kid friendly. Dinner was always exquisite. Highly recommended!'

Som namnet antyder är hotellanläggningen precis i utkanten av en stor park, Parco naturale regionale Bosco e Paludi di Rauccio, som sedan 15 år tillbaka är en nationalpark, tack vare Världsnaturfondens enträgna arbete. 'The property contact, Costanza, was great. The host/owner didn't ahve the wifi "loaded" when we arrived, and we actaully arrived a day later than scheduled, and we didn't end up having wifi until the following day, which for some is not an issue but it really was for me. The cell service is also very light there and so I had to get on the roof deck to connect- not the best experience. The place is really fun and unique and it IS remote.
