'There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly...

'The communications regarding the unit were exceptional and timely. The unit was fully self service and we didnt need to connect live but was responded to promptly with any questions we had. A great clean and spacious apartment in a quiet building. '

'Very clean, good interactions with host. We found it was a great spot for us for our 3 days in Montreal after Ottawa and on the way to Quebec city. No real complaints minor nit-picky item would be that the couch isn’t super comfortable, on the plus side we walked to get groceries at the IGA, got our own parking spot and the area was quiet. '

'The building itself is dated but has been lovingly renovated for a safe comfortable stay. We attended the Montreal International Jazz Fest and easily walked to the site daily. We also used Uber to other destinations ie Old Montreal and the Port, the Island, Jean Talon, and it was affordable. '

'Cozy place. Communication with the host was superb. Sam replied to all my queries and also sent a mop when we requested for one. Would stay here again. Just a tip, make sure to book a parking spot to secure one as the street parking is free for all. '
