"Nous avons tellement apprécié l'onsen situé au dernier étage que nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la deuxième fois, après y avoir séjourné l’année dernière. L’hôtel est directement relié au terminal international, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour passer la nuit avant un vol international. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir utiliser les sèche-cheveux ReFa dans les vestiaires de l'onsen. Le restaurant de l’onsen propose également des prix tout à fait raisonnables, surtout compte tenu de son emplacement à Haneda et de la vue nocturne. Nous y séjournerons avec plaisir à nouveau !"

"Notre meilleur hotel "à l'occidentale" de tout notre séjour au Japon (en excluant les ryokans naturellement). Le personnel est vraiment au service des clients, et anglophone. L'hotel est très récent, bien équipé, confortable et au coeur d'un quartier vivant. On recommande."

"L'hôtel est moderne. Le personnel tres accueillant. La chambre avait 3 grands lits et était propre. Il y avait 3 bouteilles d'eau chaque jours déposées dans la chambre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux pour 18 euros. Pas mieux en France. L'hôtel est accolé à un grand centre commercial avec plein de petits restaurants pour manger pas cher le soir car le buffet du soir de l'hôtel est moins bien que le buffet du petit déjeuner. 2 lignes de metro pas loin pour aller de partout dans le centre de Tokyo. Le quartier est moderne et on a l'impression d'être dans un anime japonais."

"« Un séjour absolument parfait pour notre escapade à Disney ! » Nous avons passé une nuit au The Royal Park Hotel et tout était irréprochable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé si vous prévoyez de visiter Tokyo Disney Resort : le confort des chambres est exceptionnel (mention spéciale pour la literie ultra-moelleuse après une longue journée dans les parcs) et la propreté est irréprochable, comme souvent au Japon. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse remarquable et aux petits soins. Un immense coup de cœur également pour le petit-déjeuner, qui était absolument délicieux et très varié ! Une adresse précieuse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés pour une nuit magique."

"Location let’s say it’s ok. Touristic hotel in Tokyo and don’t have socket international adaptator it’s a bit shame. Room kind of small but for Japan normal. i used the bathroom in lobby area at 4am - absolutely mess and disgusting. there are international tourist coming every day and what hotel is offering is to buy coffe using automatic coffe machine ,, once again - shame. I didn’t try breakfast thought , because from my previous experience on my trip around japan - breakfast are not very adapted to NON japanesse clients. Beautiful view from the lobby area and room i have to mention as a big plus. TV for foreign guests is useless because expect CNN there is nothing in english to watch and plus no netflix available as a choice to connect my own. Wifi working correctly so unless you have your own tablet or computer you have nothing to do after long day in tokyo."
