Set back in a cul-de-sac, it's a short and easy walk to the beach! Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic as you sip your morning coffee, and start your day. Spend time relaxing in the pool, let the little ones play in the kiddie pool, have a pool tournament in the rec room, test your golf skills at the 4-hole putting green, or just lay out in one of the many chairs or chaises on the extended pool deck. Green Iguana is designed for a family or group with 10 bedrooms, 7 of which are Masters. All 10 bedrooms have LCD TVs. The kitchen is a chef's dream with every kitchen gadget you can imagine, 2 sinks, and 2 dishwashers. The bar area with ample seating means the cook will have lots of company! Getting the whole group together for meals will be easy at the dining table which seats 16, with room for 8 more at the kitchen bar. The 65” LCD TV in the Great Room will bring everyone together for movie night, or watch the big game. Just steps away from the pool and enclosed hot tub, come inside and enjoy the spacious rec room that includes an LCD TV. There is also seating for games and puzzles, books and movies, and a pool table. A kitchenette with a microwave and full-sized fridge in the rec room area will keep everybody “in the game” for drinks and snacks and is also convenient to the pool area. The owners of this property have worked hard to make it a stunning, fun, comfortable, and relaxing vacation destination for your family, and they continue to update it for your enjoyment. Recent additions include a deck with a pergola for shade in the pool area. The table and chairs make this a great place to enjoy a poolside snack, or take some quiet time and read a book.

Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
