'We loved it from the beginning till the end, despite the bad weather.'

'Allereerst bij inchecken, 17.15 uur, werd ons vertelt dat wij veel te laat waren( volgens reservering-gegevens inchecken vanaf 16.00 uur). Wij hebben 2 nachten overnacht in Cedar Cove, onze kamer is echter nooit schoongemaakt en verder werd het dak vernieuwd, heel veel lawaai dus en ook overal rommel van het vernieuwen van het dak op de veranda. Was onmogelijk om hier te zitten. Ontbijt was niet inclusief, bij navraag aan de balie naar een aanbeveling voor het ontbijt, werd niet gereageerd,...

'We paid for a waterfront stay “just steps away from the beach”. Our room was across the street and down a road from the beach facing the opposite direction. Definitely either the description is incorrect or they gave us the wrong room but not what we paid for and expected.'
