'This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

'I was charged 5 times for my stay and after 4 days have received no information when the problem will be resolved. I have contacted the hotel every day including before my stay when I had been charged 4 times before even checking in. I was assured it would be resolved and that they would pass the information on. Each day I get the same message that the message will be passed on. On the 3rd day I was given and general mangers email to contact and have received no response. The hotel says there...

'fast and friendly check in. Great room quality nice mattress and air conditioning. Well insulated sound walls gave quiet peace, even with boys baseball team running around. Breakfast food is well prepared and plentiful with wonderful assortment of choices. pool in nice for stretching but small for full laps. Temperature was perfect. not too cold or hot.'
