'Check in staff (Jay) treated us like we’re not customers , he’d rather argue than solving our concerns, we had to ask help from Expedia to transfer us to a different room since mosquitoes were already full of blood on that room assigned by the check in staff, he insisted that mosquitoes can’t go to the 5th floor by themselves,'

'Perfect'

'Very unpleasant stay. The "security" was extremely rude when I asked for help. He was on his phone while I spoke to and ignored my presence and concern. I was unable to check out after waiting for 30 minutes while the front desk was "in the bathroom". The room floor was not cleaned, various items on the floor.'
