'The rooms were clean and we did have a bathroom door. I saw those things in other reviews and was worried. The free bottles of water in the office were a lifesaver in the heat! The shower did not bother me but perhaps some strips? The floor got a little slippery. Something to be careful about.'

'It’s more of a Hampton Inn with the “Westin” logo on it. Arrived and the valet person was deeply sleeping. Perhaps even drunk. Don’t trust the $57 a night parking at all. Noisy, next to traffic and train station. Got a smaller room than what’s in the picture. Fridge door barely opens, blocked by the bed. Motel quality bathroom, the cheapest brand toilet paper. 'Gorgeous view from the balcony! Bed and linens super comfortable. The steam shower was absolutely heavenly, water pressure and temp SOOOOO good!! Room service and food was great, and I loved how helpful the staff was. They brought by ice, water, and a snack without me asking once I had been there a few hours. Also they offer free afternoon snacks in the lobby. I got an amazing massage at the spa and used the sauna. My only complaint is that they don't have a hot tub and the pool was so freezing...

'Me & my family stayed here to visit the water park and we had the most horrible experience. We arrived late for check in & was tired so we decided to pickup food & snacks for the kids from the hotel lobby. We placed the items in the refrigerator & woke up the next morning to find food it spoiled and ice cream all melted because the refrigerator wasn’t working.
