Vind je ideale hotel in George Bush Park

'I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. There was hair from previous guests all over the bathroom floor, inside the tub, and even behind the bathroom door. The carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed, and the entire room had an unpleasant dirty smell. The bed sheets also appeared unchanged, with visible stains on them, which made the room feel very unsanitary overall. When we asked for new sheets, the new sheets also had stains on...

'Excellent location for me. Helpful staff. Very clean hotel and very comfortable bed. However, my room’s window had a leak when the big thunderstorm hit. I reported and they sent people to come and clean it right away. And I think their furniture needs to be updated. But besides that, everything is good.'
