'The vacation apartment is perfect for exploring the Côte d'Azur. With the nearby bus stop, we were well connected and really didn't need a rental car. Florence is a very nice host and welcomed us warmly and helpfully. The stunning view from the surrounding terrace is even more beautiful than in the photos. During our week in Nice, we missed nothing and had a great holiday in Florence's apartment. We would love to return!'

'We loved this property. The location was perfect - an easy walk to old town, the promenade, and sights of Nice. Both left and right of the apartment are tram stations. From Cathedral - Vieille Ville it was about an eight minute ride to the train station - perfect for our day trips! The apartment was clean and has everything you need, we especially appreciated the washing machine. The shower took a little while to run hot but the pressure was great. The bedroom is a small space (if that matters...

'This is a beautiful apartment, with an amazing view and excellent parking! It's also a quick bus ride to historic Nice. Having a second full bathroom was also very helpful with 4 adults in our group.'

'It’s a good apartment, well-equipped! I chose this place because it said it had 2 toilets but there was only one. I also chose it because it said it was on street level on the first floor. The first door is indeed street level but to reach the apartment we had to climb some 10 steps to the second door, then some 5 steps to the door to the apartment. This was hard with a heavy suitcase. Location was very good. Close to Port Lympia where we needed to go for the UN Conference. Also plenty of eating...

'Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser wundervollen Wohnung: Gute Lage: zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Meer und das Zentrum sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.Toller Balkon, sehr gute Ausstattung, gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen und last but not least: sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir kommen gerne wieder.'

'This is an amazing flat. The location is wonderful for experiencing the heart of old Niece. We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors and see/hear the pulse of life happening in the plaza. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay that feels like you're staying in a luxury rental. We wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return to this flat on our next stay in Nice.'
