'I went to the place, they was no one to help us check in and when I called the contact number, no answered leaving me stranded outside until 2:30am. It’s a terrible property and experience'

'We were forced to pay £40 cleaning fee otherwise couldn't have checked in. This wasn't advertised on the property page, neither during booking. The windows didn't open, which was a huge problem given that the outdoors temperature was 30+, indoors must have been 40+. No air conditioning, only a fan. The shower didn't work. It was an electric shower that produced either cold, either scolding hot water. Sometimes no water, just some terrible noise. One of the radiators kept falling off the wall.'

Good communication prior to check in and check in process was clearly communicated (although it involves picking up keys from a corner shop which is around an 8 minute walk from the flat - not ideal if you have luggage). 'Die bei der Buchung durch Bilder beworbene Dachterrasse ist leider außer Betrieb, angeblich aus Sicherheitsgründen. Ein großes Manko, da das unser einziger Buchungsgrund war. Somit waren alle natürlich sehr enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist auch in sehr schlechtem Zustand, es wurde sicher lange nichts mehr repariert und befindet sich nicht im 2. Stock wie beschrieben, sondern im 4. Stock. Das Wasser läuft unglaublich schlecht. Haare waschen mussten wir in der Küche im Waschbecken, ansonsten wäre kaum...
