'Nice venue with comfortable surroundings. Bar and dining areas are nice and welcoming. Bedrooms are good value, a bit dated but again comfortable and would recommend '

'Like at most HIE hotels it was a pleasant stay. The staff made the effort dressing up Halloween style today. That made breakfast feisty. Room and shower were great. Restaurant and breakfast functional and more than exceptional for those who don't want to go out. '

'Reception staff not always visible was a downside. Good for families with both large and small dogs are made welcome. Car park qite full but as central location didnt need to move it whilst we were there. Would stay again.'

'If you like decent coffee included in breakfast dont take this option. Breakfast was edible but that was jt and the beds were so soft and uncomfortable, the air con doesn't work properly either '
