Vakantiehuizen in District Redditch

'Verblijf van vier nachten hebben we er twee gehad met veel geluidsoverlast in het hotel zelf. Hebben niets het idee dat hier goed op gereageerd werd door personeel. ( idee is dat het Engelse waren) Bij vertrek werd ons niet gevraagd of we een aangenaam verblijf hadden gehad. Vonden we toch wat minder gastvrij. '

'Mooi appartement met alles er op en er aan maar wel een kleine badkamer met een open douche dus alles wordt drijfnat. Ook het 2 persoonsbed (denk 140x200) was heel klein voor 2 volwassenen. Maar voor 2 nachten prima te doen en dichtbij centrum, pubs en restaurants.'

The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property. I was very close to reporting the property as a scam and re-booking because the key did not come into the app. It was only when I saw an email from the apartment that I found out the need to pay the damage deposit for the key to then be...

'There was sufficient work and rest space, and all amenities were in place. It was close to transport and shops, a home away from home. But 10am check out time seemed a bit like jumping out of bed, straight to the street! And the check-in time is 4pm. It might work better for check-out time to be 11am, and check-out time, 3pm, like several other facilities. This is now my go-to place for stays in Coventry. '

'I Booked this and it was a last minute booking I did not realise the deposit after my money was taken for the night booking I offered to pay and it was declined causing myself and my son who were already on way from Scotland to have no accommodation asked for help was clearly told no and no to paying as late now. I then had top pay another property at a much higher rate. '
