« The restaurant and check-in staff were really great. The check out staff was kind of rude. We stayed on the 5th floor and after literally 45 trips to India and I can say this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed (and I have a high tolerance for cultural diversity and don’t require luxury). The 5th floor hallway has a stink like overstated rat urine that I have never experienced in my life. It immediately invoked my gag relax and I have PTSD from the smell. « Very tiny rooms, even smaller than OYO rooms. Bathroom fittings are very shabby and cheap quality. Bedsheets & pillow covers are so dirty. Breakfast is average, nothing to remember. The restaurant waiter and their service is also very lethargic as if they are not paid enough to serve the guests decently. Over all, better to avoid it and try to book a Homestay, many available in this area with better quality and service, if bigger brand name hotels are out of budget. »
