'Het hotel ziet er beter uit op de foto's dan in het echt. Het hotel werd verbouwd tijdens ons verblijf waardoor we voor het ontbijt naar het naastgelegen hotel moesten lopen. Het zwembad was vrij klein en werd in de loop van de week steeds viezer. De schoonmaak in het hotel was wisselend en viel wat tegen. De ligging van het hotel is prima om zowel San Francisco en Napa te bezoeken maar de directe omgeving is vrij saai.'

'Pool looked dirty, and it is not heated and there is no spa or hot tub. The breakfast was the worst we have every experienced. No bread or toaster. No eggs. Supposed to be batter for making waffle. Empty the entire time we stayed and when ask if they can replace it the woman only said one word "NO" ! When I complained the office said she doesn't speak English. No apologies. 'All very good indeed. Photos and hotel descriptions are accurate. A few things concerning the breakfast. Overall the quality of the presented food is ok. I would recommend a good coffee machine with the option of a cappuccino. There are great Franke machines that do a magnificent job.
