« I have to go through way too much to get the security deposit I put down to get a room back! My bank said the property released it back to my card & my bank said the Richland inn did not. »

« The cleanliness was subpar. The breakfast was deplorable! Six or eight pieces of sausage, no gravy four or five pieces of bread and or bagels no butter no cream cheese no juice. Unable to eat there additional breakfast cost for the week were anywhere from $20-$50 a day. I asked three times for washcloths finally had to explain. I wanted the small square cloth. »

« Property was very dirty. Carpet needs replacing. Apparently an older hotel that needs work. Room was clean and beds were good as was breakfast. OK for a night to get off the road. Pool water appeared green; not sure the reason »

« The room was disgusting. Lights did not work, floor was sticky, towels were discolored, no soap or shampoo provided, the chair was cracked and the mattresses were terrible. I will never stay here again! »

« It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only thing i wasn't particularly impressed with was the breakfast. Not a lot of items that i can eat. Healthier food items would be nice. We definitely will be staying there next year. »

« Stayed overnight on our way to Florida. Clean facilities. Nice breakfast. Didn’t get to use the pool as we didn’t stay long enough. Nice hotel but a little pricey. $274 for one night. »
