Although they were able to accommodate us a day early than our reservation, the communication between front staff and maids was lacking. The maids began cleaning out our refrigerator early when we left for the day and we found several items missing. Also pet fees were not discussed and a random charge appeared on my card. When I applied the front desk asking about it, I was rudely told it was for my dog. I was overcharged for it and was told it would be refunded. Upon check out we were never told Thankyou or any courtesy.
The hotel is already dirty and run down since our first stay there in June as there were open ant bait boxes by the exit doors and cigarette butts everywhere.
There was no maid service and we had to ask for towels and coffee daily. The lobby coffee was terrible. I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone.
