'Braden at the front desk was amazing but then again every staff member we encounter was happy and really enjoyed their job. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The driver of golf cart had been there 34 years. Several employees talked about how much they liked the ownership and loved their job. I was here with my daughters visiting my eldest daughter In the Army and our stay was just exceptional!!! Thank you.'

'The room was overpriced with extra resort fees. The room had bugs in it, there was hair everywhere. Parking is a nightmare to deal with. Way less than expected from the last time I stayed there. Hotel host were less than receptive to concerns.'

'Property was beautiful and staff was great. My issue was that I am a light sleeper and about every 10-15 minutes the ceiling kept cracking (settling cracks), sometimes about 5 cracks at a time and loud. I did not sleep at all. Other than that property was very nice.'

'This place is amazing. We enjoyed the beautiful resort with the two pools and hot tubs. The gym was nice. Room was great. Roomy with a nice view of the distant mountain esp during sunrise. Other side has terraces. Very close to airport, about a 10 min drive. Even has a really good high dollar restaurant on site. Would stay again. Has resort fee of $17 per day and parking of $15 per night, but even so this place is worth it.'

'Property was gorgeous. Rooms were spacious and clean. Balconies were huge with incredible views. Great restaurants. Adult pool could have used more cleaning but overall great'

'The room was not what we expected. We were told the room would have bunk beds. The restaurant was extremely overpriced, and be careful that they take the tip out for you. The park was awesome; the kids absolutely had a great time in the pool and other waterpark fun. I paid extra money that doesn't really include that much, the 130.00 package isn't worth it imo.'

'The hotel is excellent, it’s clean modern, everything very clean. A couple of things to be aware of : $25 self parking /day . $35 resort fee! They do authorization charges everyday on your credit card. The charges are not small. They were over $300 . They are just pending charges but I’ve never experienced this with any other hotels. Also, checking out I was handed a bill. That’s not on the hotel but Expedia when sent over the reservation never sent over the funds that Expedia charged me. So...

'The property has a great Cuban vibe, subdued bet there if you want to key in on it. It is in a great location. You can tell the property is older, but it has been updated and has a great layout. We took advantage of the morning yoga on the lawn and enjoyed the pool during the day. The bar/lobby is very inviting and has games throughout.
