'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'The portions of the hotel that we used (room, check out desk, elevator, common hallways) were very clean, one of the most important aspects of our stay. Most of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We are used to staying at a hotel chain that provides an included breakfast. We found the Bistro prices awfully high and chose to eat at local breakfast eateries instead. We also usually park our car in the hotel parking lot, but our choices here were to pay for valet parking at $48 a day,...

'Arrived at 10pm. People sleeping on the street. Only street parking, valet was $55 per night. Asked security outside if my car would get broken into if we parked on the street, he replied he couldn’t make any promises. Continued to check in, as soon as we walked into the room we were hit by a wave of odor. We decided to stay else where. Staff was nice. Hotel is not giving us a refund. Very disappointed.'

'Recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pennywheel hotel. The staff was excellent, self parking and valet were readily available. The hotel is a 5-7 min walk from St Louis arch as well as Busch stadium. It is also centrally located near major highways so you can explore other parts if the city and state.'
