'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'This was such a cool place to stay. I would definitely stay here again. The rooftop bar is great! My only complaint is that the air conditioning is really loud in the rooms. If you turn it off you will be fine, but for the Summer months, that's not an option.'

'Arrived at night and the people hanging around the area right near the hotel were questionable but glad there was a police officer full time at the entrance of the hotel. That was a bit unnerving otherwise our stay was fine. Hotel room was good and breakfast was ok but was so busy most containers were empty.'

'Poor Valet Parking Service The valet service was disappointing from the start. We stood there for approximately 15 minutes while the attendant fussed with her phone and water bottle before finally acknowledging us. When she did assist us, she seemed bothered by having to provide us with a valet ticket to park the car. When she asked for the make and model, I gave her the information, but she questioned whether we were sure and then proceeded to argue about it. At that point, I simply said,...
