'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'We have stayed at this location multiple times and have to say this one was a total disappointment. The floors were dirty. The carpets are stained. It was just absolute mayhem with how many people were in there. Although it was a clean bed and the air-conditioning worked so I can’t complain about that, but overall the area it’s not the most family friendly, and the hotel was not what it used to be. I won’t be staying again.'
