'This home has an excellent location right on the beach and near the amusement park and other attractions. However, I'm not sure I'd rate this a 5-star property. The house is average and kitchen appliances are very old. The toaster doesn't work. There are bugs (especially ants) everywhere. The bathrooms are old/dated. Additionally, the posting says this sleeps 11. It sleeps 9 at best. We were a group of 10 (6 children, 4 adults), and we barely made it work. There's no way 11 adults would be able...

'This condo fit our needs perfectly. We were a family of 9 adults in NYC to do all the sights and experiences we could in a week. We found this condo clean, nicely finished, roomy, with a large kitchen stocked well and bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. It is about a 15 minute walk to subway in a very safe neighborhood. 'Host communication was horrible, He would not send me any check in instructions, I had to call vrbo, i got his phone number, and he still would not send me check in instructions, I had to call vrbo again and they sent them to me.(felt very unwanted right off the bat.)
