'The property was a clean unit with plenty of space to host a large family. It has enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate basic needs. The house was well located too, only about a 10-12 minute walk to HBLR which connects to PATH for NYC. The host was very communicative too, always responded quick and was eager to help when needed. The unit has an A/C in each room, Wi-fi that works, and a nice kitchen.However, it is a shared house with a connected staircase from the 3rd floor to the basement...

'First impressions matter—absolutely no parking near the home for nearly an hour, storm door was broken and would not close, porch light look liked it had been hit by a bat and did not work. Once you get inside expect a narrow and steep flight of stairs to get to the main level of the house.The actual was nicely remodeled, individual room A/C units kept the space comfortable, even in the summer heat. 'Like I said in my other review is a nice place clean lots of yard space and good location the only other thing was the air condition unit that they have in the apartment seem like it wasn't worked properly it would not blow out cold air but the room air only even though I had it on the air condition setting and then everything else I named in my last review'

'There is no driveway. You get maybe one spot in front of house (if available). Instructions on where else to park were unclear and were told if wrong spot would get towed. House sleeps 10 so we had 10 people and 4 cars. Logistical nightmare. 3 cars had to park very far away in pouring rain, and still worry if would get towed. Strange town parking is not clear.
