The home is appointed with all the essentials and recently renovated. It was comfortable and quiet and the owners were super responsive and helpful while I was booking. We will be back '

'Beautiful, quiet and safe area. We enjoyed our month here! Easy place to walk our small dog. The home had everything we required. There are so many places to go and eat in the area and the proximity to Scottsdale and highways made it central to all the places we visited. '

'This would get five stars if not for a few pesky logistical things and the overall state of the property - it’s old and run down but not gross. It’s just not a five star experience compared to other places I’ve rented. 1. You are given a url to use to get more information. The web page you get to is not set up and it made everything more confusing. 2. Had to call about parking because of above and it turned out parking was easy. The introductory message made it seem like there were very specific...

'Quiet enough except for being very close to the airport. some street noise...some airplane. it would be so much better with some dark or blackout curtains. especially in that front bedroom. the sun coming up before 6am directly into the front, east facing bedroom made for early mornings. but, comfortable enough, clean, the AC worked fine and it was .09 miles to the baseball stadium and just over 2 miles to the airport rental car center. worked for us.'

'Jared was a wonderful host, the place was beautiful and perfect for entertaining my guests. Jared was super friendly and accommodating for allowing me to throw my 21st birthday party there. I would definitely stay here again!'

'The place was nice and clean. Kitchen is small, but useable. Neighborhood looks old, but it's super quiet and you have everything around you. Short drive to Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain, downtown Phoenix. It was a much better set up than getting a hotel room for the family.'

'We enjoyed our stay. We loved the brightness of the house and the size of the house. I was with my 3 grown sons and their significant others. There was a ping pong table and I forgot how competitive my grown sons were. It was fun to watch them play. Thank you for all the clean towels and the atmosphere. The neighborhood was quiet and we like that. We had a wonderful stay. '
