Appartementen in Phoenix Centrum

'Location was great (very walkable) and communication with the very kind host was consistently quick. Even the rainy hunt for the key was fine. The issues started once we got inside. I paid $915 for three nights in a “luxury apartment,” but it was not. The furniture was cheap and worn - the “double sofa bed” was just a piece of fabric stretched over a wooden frame with no padding left. The mattresses were thin (6”?), the shower mat was dingy, the toilet brush had visible remnants from the...

'House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. 'Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!'

'Very clean, quiet and easy to find. Very good rate and will stay here again'

There were visible stains on the pillows and cushions which was very disappointing because I was really looking forward to enjoying this space during our stay. ALSO, there’s NO parking. The closest most convenient spot is the parking lot across the street which charges you $12/day. Imagine leaving for the day and getting charged...
