« This rental is in a quiet neighborhood which is exactly what I needed. It was perfect for my family of 3. It was a quick drive to the Phoenix Convention Center for a Volleyball Festival that my daughter competed in. The property is serene and has so many art features that made me pause for a minute for a mindful moment. Will is amazing and returns responses in a quick manner. My family and I will definitely return if we ever have an event in Phoenix. »

« We truly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, Phoenix is too hot for us New Mexicans so didn’t get to see any sites. The decorations in condo were beautiful and really fit in with the space. There were many amenities which we didn’t have much time to utilize but nice to have there. I loved the location of condo to where we wanted to go. Nice quiet neighborhood. « Check-in and communication with the host was good, location was great, there is no dedicated on-site parking… it’s street parking. However the power in our VRBO was not working and it took over 4 hours to get it situated. We had to wait 4 hours, get ready in the dark for our event only to find out they had another VRBO in the complex we were staying at… So instead of just moving us to that one they made us wait until the last possible second and switched us.
