Villa's in Central Los Angeles

'The hosts were communicative and helpful. The property is not as nice as it looks in photos. The house needs some internal and exterior upkeep. The fourth bedroom is a converted garage and the sink in that en suite bathroom was not well connected - the tap could be lifted off the sink and it made a loud whining sound when it was turned on. The shared bath has an enormous tub that takes up so much room that there is no way to sit on the toilet (except diagonally). The overhead lights in one...

'Beautiful space with a decidedly contemporary vibe. Complete with all appliances and other appointments (including a first aid kit!). Owner was very accommodating and flexible. They went above and beyond by supplying a wheelchair ramp and spare keys when digital lock malfunctioned. Highly recommend this spot!'

'The house is clean and all newly reverted. It has a beautiful ocean view. It’s also very close to the beach. There is 3 bedrooms but one bedroom does not have a door leading directly to the living room. You have to go through another door. Overall, it was nice stay.'
